single 45minute session- $40

Perfect for families who need flexible support or an extra set of hands for a day. We can use this time for whatever you need most, whether it's caring for the baby while you rest, helping with feeding, preparing a nourishing meal, or simply being a reassuring presence.

Full, consistent support to help you feel rested and cared for. With help over 4 weeks we can establish routines and ensure you are getting deep, restorative rest.

consistent overnight support so you can fully rest . While you sleep, your doula tends to your baby’s needs—feeding, changing, and soothing—so you can awaken feeling refreshed and renewed.

Includes: 16 hours of over night care split between 2 or 3 days
