Postpartum Support Rates

Perfect for families who need flexible support or an extra set of hands for a day. We can use this time for whatever you need most, whether it's caring for the baby while you rest, helping with feeding, preparing a nourishing meal, or simply being a reassuring presence.

Minimum: 4 hours per visit

includes : 20 hours of support over two weeks
Full, consistent support to help you feel rested and cared for. With help over 4 weeks we can establish routines and ensure you are getting deep, restorative rest.

Care for the first 42 days also known as the Sacred Window. A time designed for deep rest, nourishment, and gentle restoration. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, this support emphasizes warm, grounding meals, herbal support, daily rituals, and practices that replenish body and spirit. Alongside this, you’ll receive practical guidance and hands-on support—whether it’s tending to your home, easing daily tasks, or caring for your little one—so you can truly focus on recovery. With a postpartum doula by your side for the entire journey, you will feel nurtured, renewed , and fully supported

includes : Comprehensive daytime support, 90 hours of care over 6 weeks.
1 overnight /wk may be added at additional cost
